Tucked away in a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak, Villa Waterlily is a charming thatched three bedroom villa that accommodates a maximum of six people. The villa exudes tradition and ethnicity with its authentic traditional décor, tropical gardens and bamboo walls. The villa is a short walk away from the beach and Seminyak’s most popular restaurants, cafes and shopping hubs and is the perfect hideaway for families and friends who intend to spend quality time and have fun on their vacation.
All three bedrooms of the villa are fully air conditioned and sport elegant teakwood floors, antique wooden furniture and traditional Balinese décor. The master suite is housed on the first floor and can be reached via the wooden staircase from the living room. The centerpiece is a traditional contemporary king sized bed with white bedding. The room is decorated with traditional Balinese sculptures and paintings and the windows open into a gorgeous view of the garden and swimming pool. Full glass windows let in ample light and give away a beautiful view. The room also has a fully fledged walk in dressing room and the en suite bathroom is complete with a stone wash basin, monsoon rain shower and toilet. Storage is provided through a sturdy wooden wardrobe and on a corner of the room rests a reading chair and table.
The second bedroom is located on the ground floor and opens to the garden and swimming pool on side and the living room on the other side. The room features a plush double bed, intricately carved wooden wardrobes with a safe and a partly open air en suite bathroom that is complete with a stone wash basin, monsoon rain shower and toilet. The third bedroom is also on the back of the living pavilion and sports twin beds, wooden wardrobes and an en suite bathroom complete with a monsoon rain shower.
The garden showcases manicures lawns, tropical Balinese palm trees and gorgeous Balinese plants. By the garden is a turquoise blue swimming pool that could very well have been a dream. Guests may spend long hours swimming or lazing under the canopy of umbrellas in the large rattan sun lounger at the end of the swimming pool. There couldn’t be a more perfect spot to curl up with a book on lazy tropical afternoon.
The rustic interiors of the open air living room and dining area complement the lush greenery of the garden that it overlooks. The living area features an alang alang roof and rustic wooden décor. The room has a large rattan sofa facing a large flat screen TV for guests to relax to their favorite shows. The living room looks out directly to the swimming pool and garden. Behind the living room is a handsome wooden dining table that can seat up to six people. The fully functional state of the art kitchen is complete with a large refrigerator, toaster, stovetop, kettle, blender and beautiful cutlery apart from a Nespresso machine.
Villa guests will be attended to by two staff members who will make themselves available at any time. You will have access to Wifi during your stay and may have a private chef or driver on special request.
The villa is located at the ideal spot and is only a short walk away from the famous Double Six beach of Seminyak. Located in a silent pathway, right at the heart of trendy Seminyak, the villa is very close to Seminyak’s most popular beach bars, clubs such as KU DE TA or Potato Head, coffee bars, restaurants, boutiques and the famous Oberoi Road known as Bali’s “eat street”. So whether guests want to laze by the beach watching a Balinese sunset or go sipping on cocktails and trying out food or shopping, Villa Waterlily is a tourists dream come true as far as location is concerned.
