A private compound housing two separate villas (Villa Candi Kecil Empat and Villa Candi Kecil Tiga) located next to each other and not necessarily connected, Villa Candi Kecil Tujuh is located in the beautiful village of Pejeng just a short drive away from Ubud’s city center. Its lush tropical gardens, tastefully decorated interiors and open plan living spaces provide the perfect setting for a tropical vacation in the cultural capital of Bali. With a total of seven bedrooms, the villa is ideal for large groups and wedding parties. The well-maintained gardens and private swimming pools provide a great backdrop for events as well. Moreover, Villa Candi Kecil Tujuh is less than ten minutes away from the ancient Hindu temple Goa Gajah. A daily Indonesian breakfast is included during your stay. If you would like an additional breakfast, the villa staff can assist for an extra fee.
Villa Candi Kecil is located in a typical Balinese village called Pejeng, making it the perfect location if you want to experience the real Bali life. Please note that a lot of ceremonies and local celebrations take place next to the villa and that there might be noise disturbance from this. However, we encourage you to watch and enjoy the local traditions!
Please be aware that construction is taking place next to Villa Candi Kecil, which may at times result in some noise or reduced privacy. However, the project goes on and off, so there may also be periods with no disturbance at all. We understand this situation may cause inconvenience and sincerely apologize for any impact it might have on your stay. Ubud is a developing area, and several projects are currently taking place in the surroundings, which unfortunately also affects Villa Candi Kecil. Villa Candi Kecil Tujuh comprises of two villas- Villa Candi Kecil Empat and Villa Candi Kecil Tiga. There are a total of seven bedrooms, with two master bedrooms. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with amenities like four poster beds, closets, vanities and en suites. A great attraction are the attached open air bathrooms, with its tropical greenery, bathtubs and open rain showers. The master bedrooms are located close to both the swimming pools and the garden areas, and also have walk-in closets. The luxurious bed linens are carefully selected to help guests feel completely comfortable in the villa.
Spread on a sprawling property, Villa Candi Kecil Tujuh provides a perfect setting for a relaxing tropical vacation. With its 12 meter long swimming pool surrounded by a stone patio, sunbathing chairs and lush tropical greenery, the villa Empat offers the perfect opportunity to spend a lazy afternoon enjoying a splash in the water or sunbathing. Villa Tigah also has a swimming pool with rattan sunbathing chairs that are great places for lounging away on a lazy afternoon. A thatched roof Balinese gazebo and an outdoor poolside dining area are other great additions to the Villa’s property.
Villa Candi Kecil Tujuh has open plan living and dining spaces that seamlessly marry tropical simplicity with modern amenities. A poolside dining table made from teak upcycled from Balinese boats in the Villa Candi Kecil Empat is the perfect setting for an al fresco dinner. It can sit a large party of twelve. The space is also beautifully decorated with Balinese paintings, bamboo mats for indoor seating, colorful cushions and tropical greenery. The villa Empat also has an entertainment room with bean-bag chairs and two massage beds. The Villa Tiga has a well-equipped kitchen that can be used to fix quick snacks. Service of the house chef can also be requested.
Villa Candi Kecil Tujuh enjoys an extremely courteous and professional staff. The regular staff consists of villa managers, housekeepers, gardeners, pool attendants and security. Moreover, the guests can also request the services of a babysitter, a chauffeur, a laundry assistant and even a spa therapist if required. Begin your mornings with a free Indonesian breakfast provided daily, should you desire a different option of breakfast, the villa staff can organise it with extra cost. Guests may also request airport pick-ups and bicycle rentals.
Located in a serene Ubud village amidst rolling paddy fields, the Villa Candi Kecil Tujuh is located just 20 minutes away from Ubud’s city center. The ancient Goa Gajah Hindu temple, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its beautiful sculptures, can be driven to in as little as 8 minutes. Guests can also choose to enjoy a few sessions at the nearby Yoga Barn or unwind at the quirky Monkey forest. Rafting on the Ayung river is an adventurous task that more energetic guests can enjoy.
