It is nestled in the foothills below a traditional Indonesian village with the same name.

The four bedroom suites at Villa Kelusa are opulently designed. WIth comfortable king sized beds, luxurious decors, sofas, dressing rooms and attached en suites, the master bedroom is located in the main villa. All bedrooms are air conditioned and provided with all required amenities for a comfortable stay. The private terraces give guests an opportunity to enjoy views of the sun setting over tropical greenery and also gaze at the Balinese stars to their heart’s content.
Sprawled over a large expanse, Villa Kelusa offers guests stunning views with two swimming pools. There is a rice terrace infinity edge swimming pool that brims over under the tropical sun. Great views of the glistening water are available from the pool cabana. The villa also has a lovely rock garden and a landscaped lawn providing views of the surrounding rainforests and volcanic structures.
The living areas of Villa Kelusa are divided into three different pavilions. The main living pavilion is called Pondok Sapi and is surrounded by lotus ponds. It has comfortable seating areas, a library, dining table, kitchen and a media room. There also is a open sided thatched entertainment cabana with rattan swing chairs for casual longing. The cabana enjoys great views of the rice terrace and the villa’s infinity pools. The second living pavilion called Pondok Surya is connected across the pool to Pondok Sapi via a quaint bridge. Pondok Surya has a bar, sitting areas, dining area as well as a kitchen.
Villa Kelusa has a highly trained, professional and friendly staff. The regular staff has been associated with the villa for a long time and treat guests like their own friends. They are happy to assist guests with local travel information, tips and can even help plan day trips.
Villa Kelusa overlooks the Pakuseba River Gorge, with its rainforests, lush greenery and quintessential Balinese charm. This is a great setting for adventurous individuals to engage in various outdoor activities like white water rafting and cycling through the paddy fields of Ubud.

Although located a little inland, Ubud is not too far away from the Balinese coast as well. The white sand beaches of Seminyak and Canggu can be reached within a one hour drive. At Seminyak, guests can enjoy the fine white sand beaches like Batu Belig, happening beach clubs like La Plancha and Potato Head and a unique shopping experience at Eat Street.
Canggu welcomes guests with a breathtaking tranquil beauty. Its stunning volcanic beaches (the Echo Beach is particularly known for surfing), sea temples (Tanah Lot) with stunning views of the setting sun, golf courses (Nirwana) and rolling paddy fields fills guests with a great sense of closeness to nature..
