Villa Markisa

The master suite is housed in a separate pavilion on the garden, and it is an air-conditioned and spacious bedroom. It is furnished with a comfy king-sized bed from where you can catch the scenic beauty of the tropical gardens through the glass doors. The muted color scheme of the room is restful and relaxing to the senses. The massive dressing room has large wardrobe space, ample lighting as well as several large mirrors. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a black natural stone stand-alone bathtub for the most tranquil of baths.

The two bedrooms besides the master room are housed in the third and last pavilion of Villa Markisa Pecatu. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a king-sized bed, while the other is furnished with single beds that can be joined as one king-bed. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and furnished with televisions. Each of the two en-suite bathrooms has a freestanding bathtub.

The open spaces and the clear blue skies hovering overhead create the most enchanting outdoor yard at Villa Markisa Pecatu. A landscaped garden, with freshly-cut grass, blooming flowers in all colors, towering trees, and dense foliage make for a stunning space for everyone to relax in. A freeform swimming pool with a natural stone surface sits snugly in the midst of lush vegetation and the lagoon-like design allows for easy movement in the pool. There are sun chairs and a rattan daybed beside the pool, so guests have a nice, little space where they can lounge or lay back after a sun.

Since the villa has three separate pavilions, one such pavilion houses the open-plan living area. The thatched-roof pavilion with a high-vaulted, alang-alang roof from inside is a traditionally designed area with several Balinese accents marking the place and highlighting its rustic charm and beauty. The living area is naturally lit through the daytime and once the sun sets, the warm yellow lights wash the entire area in a magical halo. It is furnished with comfortable couches and wicker chairs and three sides are blinds for capturing the outdoors. Overhead lighting ensures the room remains well-lit in the evenings.

The dining area comprises a six-seater antique dining table, where you can relish delicious and locally-prepared food, as you observe the beautiful scenery outdoors. The fully-equipped kitchen has a fridge, microwave/oven, and an island countertop with several bar-stools for your comfort. For your enjoyment, a bookshelf is stock full of bestsellers, so you can enjoy the pages of a good book as you lounge on the comfy sofas.

The entire complex has a kind staff who are there to help if you need them. The villa offers housekeeping, maintenance, and security to guests. If you have any special requests, the staff is happy to make arrangements on your behalf.
